Making America’s boardrooms look like America

As everyone knows, David Baldwin is a fine human being. And as such, he gave up his board seat at The One Club, with the stipulation that he be replaced with a Black board member. That got us thinking … hey, what if other old white guys did the same thing. I was thinking it would be a fun social campaign, but it snowballed into a full-blown company of its own. With more than a dozen employees, a network of Black executives ready to fill board seats, and the board influencers ready to vacate their seats at the table.
